Personal is the key word! Kim will work with you in the studio, outdoors, or at your home. As the client, you decide what type of training program you prefer to focus on: cardio-conditioning, muscle toning, flexibility, core training or a combination of all of these.



Do you have a goal to walk or run a 5K, 10K, half marathon or even a marathon? Join other women who have similar goals in one of our training programs located around the Twin Cities. We have programs for walkers, runners, and those of you who are in-between.
