you and your personal fitness goals. You are provided with a detailed
training program for the days you do not meet with Kim, a training
manual with health & fitness articles, a training log to keep
track of your workouts, a stretch strap to use for flexibility training,
and all the support and motivation you could need! You will be able
to have access to Kim via email or phone at any time.
